Situated in the former Zeligs Restaurant site on Thomas Steers Way, the venture aims to offer a Bavarian drinking and dining experience.
It will provide a selection of draught German beers, served in traditional steins by waiting staff in authentic German bierkeller costumes, and hot, authentic regional food.
The complex comprises three separate venues: a Round the World bar, the first to be developed by the group, a Shooters Sports bar and the main room, The Bierkeller.
