Hotel GB gets recognition!

Hear at Lobsterjobs we applaud the Channel 4 TV programme ‘Hotel GB’ for putting hospitality back in the spotlight.

We have recently announced the launch of the new hospitality and catering website Lobster Jobs and we are full of praise for Channel 4’s handling of the potentially explosive mixture of throwing a group of unemployed people into such a high pressure environment:

‘Whilst primarily an entertainment show, the programme gave a fascinating insight into the skills and attitude required to work in a number of roles within the industry. A number of the participants may not have previously considered the roles they had thrust upon them, but emerged keen to build on the skills they had gained.

What it served to demonstrate was that if the work ethic is there, then the industry holds enormous opportunities for the right people.’
