We had a stop off at Wattisfield Hall on the way to Lowestoft and the Hospitality was so good we got drunk and spent the first 50miles in the morning feeling a little worse for ware!!!!
The alcohol on the last night meant that this blog didn't really get done! But we can assure you that it was very much worth it!
The weather was great over the last 2 days and we reached the coast with time to spare, for a well deserved sandwich and glass of champagne (Oh no not more alcohol, ha ha!)
There are a few things we should mention before you try this yourself. The road network in the UK is great for going North-South/South-North but not for going West-East/East-West well not for a bike ride anyway! We had many a suicidal venture on to an A road, my personal favourite was the A146 around Gloucester (nearly died a few times), but we survived to tell the tale.
We've been back a few days now and thoughts are turning to the next challenge. It is fair to say that there is a little panic going round the office at the scale of it ;-)
